Accommodation & tourist package
A separate, optional package for a premium stay and an immersive cultural experience in the heart of Cairo: InterContinental / Holiday Inn Citystars Hotel, 4 nights / 5 days, bed and breakfast.

The package fee is separate from and in addition to the registration fee; both must be settled. Early-bird totals: 350 + 650 = 1,000 EUR (single), 350 + 390 = 740 EUR (double, per person).
Extended stays beyond the 4 nights are available at special congress rates; coordinate through the conference administration.
How international participants pay
- After your abstract is accepted and your registration is complete, you receive a confirmation email with personalised payment details.
- The conference administration forwards your total (registration plus any package) to the InterContinental Citystars Hotel, the official venue.
- You settle the payment directly with the hotel.

Publication policy for Egyptian participants
Accepted papers by Egyptian authors are directed to one of two tracks based on the peer-review results and the criteria of the publishing outlets.
Track A — International publication
Special issue in WHATT (Emerald) or the Atlantis Press / Springer Nature proceedings, selected strictly by the journals’ quality standards. An additional publication fee of 150 EUR per paper applies if selected.
Track B — Local publication
The official journal of the Sinai Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotels, free of charge, officially ranked 7.5 points by the Egyptian Supreme Council of Universities.

Pay your fee
International participants settle both the registration fee and any package fee directly with the InterContinental Citystars Hotel after their abstract is accepted.
