Abstracts must be written in English.

Abstracts should be 300–500 words, followed by 3–5 keywords, and should indicate your selected conference theme (Sustainability, Identity or Technology).

Abstracts are submitted through the abstract submission form on this website: fill in the form and attach your abstract as a PDF. The deadline is 30 October 2026.

Each submission undergoes a double-blind peer-review process by the Scientific Committee, which also determines the most suitable publication outlet for each accepted full paper.

Yes, you can present in Spanish, English or Arabic.

Yes. Instituto Cervantes in Cairo provides translation between Arabic and Spanish, Spanish and Arabic, and Spanish and English.

The early-bird fee is €350 and the regular fee is €400. Both include scientific publication fees, access to all sessions, conference materials and official certificates.

Pay through the InstaPay app to mobile number 01099777798, then upload the receipt as a PDF in the registration form (or send it to the conference email or by WhatsApp to the Vice-Chairman). Early-bird registration is EGP 3,500; the regular fee is EGP 5,000.

The optional package (InterContinental / Holiday Inn Citystars Hotel, 4 nights / 5 days, bed & breakfast) costs €650 for a single room or €390 per person for a double room, and includes coffee breaks, a business lunch on day 1, a gala dinner on day 2, and a full-day Grand Cairo tour (the Grand Egyptian Museum, the Great Pyramids of Giza and Historic Cairo) with private transfers, entrance tickets and a licensed guide. The package fee is separate from and in addition to registration; at the early-bird rate the total comes to €1,000 for a single room or €740 per person for a double room.

Accepted full papers are directed by the Scientific Committee to one of two confirmed outlets: a special issue of Worldwide Hospitality and Tourism Themes (WHATT, Emerald Publishing), or the official ISECT III proceedings with Atlantis Press (Springer Nature), open access with a DOI for every paper. WHATT accepts qualitative papers only — statistical or quantitative measurements are not accepted.

If an Egyptian author’s paper is selected for Track A (international publication in WHATT or the Atlantis Press / Springer Nature proceedings), an additional publication fee of €150 per paper applies. Track B, publication in the Sinai Higher Institute’s own journal, is free of charge.

Yes. Extended stays beyond the 4 nights are available at special congress rates, lower than booking directly with the hotel; coordinate your extension through the conference administration.

Most nationalities, including participants from Europe, North America and many Latin American countries, can obtain a visa on arrival at Cairo International Airport: buy the visa sticker at the bank kiosks in the arrivals hall for US$25 in cash before the immigration counters. Alternatively, apply for an e-visa in advance at www.visa2egypt.gov.eg. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your date of entry.

We recommend arriving on 29 March 2027 and leaving on 2 April 2027. That lets you attend the opening sessions on 30 March 2027 and the full entertainment program ending on 1 April 2027.

Yes. An official ISECT III representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall of Cairo International Airport, holding a sign with the ISECT III logo, to meet all international participants, coordinate a private transfer to the InterContinental Citystars Hotel and help with your luggage. Look for the sign as you exit the customs area.
