How the ISECT III abstract submission and registration forms handle your personal data.
What the forms collect
When you submit an abstract or register for ISECT III, the forms collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- WhatsApp number
- Affiliation
- Country
- Participant type (international or Egyptian)
- Role (committee member or guest speaker, author, or accompanying person)
- Name of the main author, if you are not the one who submitted the abstract
- Paper title, if you are presenting
- Your abstract as a PDF, if you are presenting
- Accommodation package choice, if any
- A copy of your flight ticket (PDF)
- A copy of your payment receipt (PDF)
Your submitted details, including any files you attach, are emailed directly to the organizers at ISECT3Cairo@outlook.com. The files are never written to this website or to any storage service — they exist only in memory while the email is sent.
Form emails are sent through Resend (EU region) from isect@mailer.isect.es. Attached files are kept only in transit, while the email is delivered.
The organizers retain this information for the purposes of congress administration.
Your rights
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to access, rectify or request erasure of your personal data; to exercise these rights, contact the organizers at ISECT3Cairo@outlook.com.
Analytics and cookies
This website currently uses no analytics and sets no cookies of its own.
The films on this site are held on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play — the poster image is served by this site — and when you do, the video is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, which may set cookies in your browser.
To block automated submissions, both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile. It sends your IP address and signals from your browser to Cloudflare, and may set a cookie.
